We have provided housing for selected Housing Providers in the community since 2014 ensuring safety and respect to some of the most vulnerable people in society. We maintain constant links with those in care by giving our tenants a well-known human point of contact to which they can turn if they need help.

We own and manage an extensive property portfolio, reducing the cost to government by integrating hundreds of properties into one portfolio. Greengate have invested heavily to ensure their properties are delivered to the very highest standards. This allows the tenants in their care to be comfortable and have access to the services that they need. Through a full range of procurement and management services we offer a responsive and flexible stock of properties that are kept to strict quality standards.

Anthony Gershon our CEO and co-founder has a longstanding track-record in student, PRS, HMO and residential investments dating back to 1998. He was the driving force behind one of the UK’s most successful student accommodation brand prior to selling the business back in 2017. He has run several large, owner-managed, property investment portfolios during his career which he has acquired, refurbished, leased, and managed. The breadth of his management, construction and asset-management team has enabled Greengate to acquire and re-fit small terraced houses in a matter of weeks, turning standalone freehold assets into fully compliant residential properties.
